COVID-19 Precautions 

To ensure the safety of all who enter our doors, everyone must wear a surgical mask and comply with the following instructions posted at our entrance. If you arrive with a cloth mask, we will provide a surgical mask for you to wear while at Ridley-Tree Cancer Center.

Please do not enter Ridley-Tree Cancer Center if you:

  • Tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days
  • Were exposed to COVID-19 in the past 10 days
  • Have a fever or any COVID-19 symptoms

Visitor Policy

We know that families and caregivers are essential members of your care team. Currently there are no visitor restrictions in place at Ridley-Tree Cancer Center. Our visitor policy is subject to change.

Visitors are always welcomed to join your appointments virtually, using speakerphone or a video app, such as FaceTime or Zoom.

Telehealth Appointments

Our physicians and providers can provide Telehealth appointments when needed to provide you care at home. If you have a scheduled appointment and you think a telephone or video call might be right for you, please do one of the following. Please note that not all visits can or should be handled through Telehealth. The provider and staff will work together to determine whether an appointment should proceed in-person or move to Telehealth.

  • Send a MyChart Appointment Request and ask for a Telehealth visit.
  • Call your Ridley-Tree Cancer Center provider and request a Telehealth visit.

COVID-19 Vaccines

To learn about how to get your COVID-19 vaccine at Sansum Clinic and find answers to frequently asked questions, visit the Sansum Clinic COVID-19 Vaccine webpage.  If you have an upcoming appointment and are interested in receiving  the vaccine or a booster, please contact your provider.

If you have any questions about getting the vaccine, we highly recommend discussing your unique situation with your healthcare team. They can advise you on if and when you should receive it.
